Pimple/Boil Issues on Scrotum

Hey everyone thank you for taking the time to read/answer my question. I never would have had a major concern about this but since I had PROTECTED sex with some escorts it’s making me a bit jittery so here’s the details and my questions

I had sex with 7 escorts all protected all outcalls (so in their beds they probably see other clients in) no condom broke (to my knowledge) the last one was about two years ago

About A year ago I started getting little white pimples on my scrotum that when punched shoot out a little bit of white wax then came the issues. I’ve noticed increased pimples in my groin area and specifically in my buttcrack (sorry don’t know the proper term. Ones that if I pop blood and clear liquid come out but they reform within an hour. My doctor looked but didn’t really exam and told me nothing to worry about but since it’s a family doctor didn’t want to tell her about the escorts.

Here are my questions

1. Can this be caused by HIV
2. can this be caused by any other std
3. Is there anything I can try that doesn’t require a prescription
4. I have no other symptoms and feel fine is it possible it’s just from sitting in a hot car all day or from being physically active?

All answers are appreciated

You will not get HIV from protected sex.  The only risks for HIV are unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse or sharing of IV drug needles.  As to other STD's, protected sex also creates a barrier.  This doesn't sound like an HIV.  Yes, it could be from sweat and heat.  Your doctor would have tested you if visually it looked like any form of STD.  What about hitting an STD clinic for routine testing?  I think everyone who has frequented csw's should do that at some point even though I'm pretty certain you don't have an std. You can ask about something called Molluscum Contagiousum which produces little bumps.  I wouldn't pick yours though as that is how things get infected.  You can always see a dermatologist and you don't have to say specifically what you did but just that let  the know you had protected sex with some partners you didn't know who probably weren't good choices.  They can tell you if it is Moluscum or not.

I appreciate the answer and will need to go to a walk in and have it checked out, what makes me nervous is googling pipmples and HIV pops up then you start questioning everything. Ya some of those girls were very questionable but condoms were used and it’s been a legit 2-2 1/2 years since those encounters it didn’t help I got poison ivy and I had a rash all over my body 2 weeks after (that was diagnosed and taken care of)

It’s been months I’ve been dealing with the pimples they’re annoying more then anything.

Once again thank you very much for your answer it relaxes me.
