apical rocking

Can someone please explain what apical rocking is in the heart?

It's complicated with a lot of bit words.  Your left ventricle has motion apical myocardium perpendicular to the LV long axis.  Mean anything to you?  What symptoms are you having?  Were you diagnosed with this?

Apical rocking is a seen as something that predicts a positive response to cardiac resynchronization therapy.  It's supposed to be a positive meaning someone will benefit from that therapy!
