Bruise on Foreskin
Small Bruise on foreskin following sex on Sunday, it’s now Friday. Only slight pain when moved or touched. Not STI.
Shall I treat it like a normal bruise ?
I worry about everything hence why I’m asking :)
Is it something to be concerned about or shall I give it another week to heal etc like you would a normal bruise.

It’s still a little sensitive but no pain, slightly bruised and vains more visible than normal. It’s improving, just trying not to overthink it :)

Yep, I'd just leave it be to heal. Don't think too much about it (things always hurt more when we do) but wouldn't be worried.
