Desperate for answers...shakiness/muscle twitches, etc.

Hi all,
For the past 3 1/2 months, I have been experiencing shakiness all over. I first recognized it in my hands/arms since they are being used all of the time. When I drink from a cup it shakes, and when I hold paperwork at work I can see the paper shaking. I can also feel it in my abdomen (like when moving around in bed) and in my legs (like when going down the stairs). This symptom is constant and has not gone away since. For example, it doesn't come and go with anxiety/stress. Sometimes my arms and legs feel weak and "heavy", but this sensation comes and goes. Recently, I've started to get muscle fasciculations. They are mostly in my legs (calves/thighs) but can be all over. I also have muscle jerking. Very rarely, I get stabbing pains in my fingers/toes, not sure if this is related at all.

In terms of testing, I've had a lot done. Blood tests for everything under the sun. MRI of the back and c-spine which were both normal. Have seen both a neurologist and my GP multiple times. I have an EMG scheduled next month. I take Celexa 20 mg for anxiety from years ago, but haven't had any other anxiety symptoms for years.

Has anyone experienced this shaking and twitching? It's very worrisome as these symptoms are associated with serious motor neuron disorders. I'm constantly worried about it, and just wish I could get an answer. Any suggestions are welcome at this point!

Thanks everyone
