Does heartbeart disappear then reappears??

I am 8 weeks pregnant went for a scan but on tvs also the dr could not find heartbeat tge baby is of 8 weeks also. Earlier at 7 weeks I had a oerfect heartbeat. I already have 2 missed abortions and am very depressed.Should I wait or go for an abortion?

Oh gosh, I'm so sorry.  I would personally go for another appointment in a week or two.  It doesn't hurt to wait.  Do you have any cramping or spotting? I do think that in the early days, things can be confusing.  Don't give up hope yet is my opinion and wait until you are ready.  Give it a couple of weeks and then have them look again, and if it is the same outcome, you can decide.  And if it does turn out to be another miscarriage, your doctor should run some tests on you to determine why it is happening.  Could be hormonally related and a tweak here or there could result in a full term pregnancy.  Let us know what happens, okay?  Hugs
