Ocd hiv test center

Hi just want to ask if these real life or just ocd.. I have an blood test performe by an NGO here in phillipines and may hiv test came back negative so im happy with a small period of time then suddenly my mind goes wild that i was thingking that the medrep who perfome the test reused a nedle for intentionaly infect me or im thingking someone break offs the room and injecting him self with nedle so he can infect others
Or that clinic of the NGO are have some bad plans on spreading the virus by giving a free test and why they will sacrificed for free test do you think it is conspiracy or maybe since they are Only NGO they are not that carefull on the test.. Im from phillipines and the name of the NGO who are giving free hiv test is Loveyyourself.ph thanks God Bless

Since this is the ocd forum, we'll concentrate on that.  If you test negative and can't settle your mind and keep testing, then yes.  It's an anxiety problem.  And since your fear is unreasonable and irrational, it most assuredly is anxiety.  Breaking off needles and infecting people doesn't happen.  I would talk to a doctor about anxiety treatment .  good luck

I am sure that my test result is conclusive. Its just in my mind that i was infectes trough my blood drawn by that testing center. Because i expirience some fatigue and other what so ever few days/weeks after the test.
You need to see a mental health counselor or your doc as specialmom suggested,who can help with these thoughts. No one can provide therapy here.

This was the advice on the HIV forum.
"We strongly urge you to seek mental health counseling.  These thoughts are not rational, and you should not have to live this way.   "
Do you think my thingking is not true? And are you expirience this also??
