I need to understand my hudbands test results but ...................

I recently put my husband on my one care on the internet thinking I would have a better understanding of what stage he is in but he fought me the whole way and finally agreed to let me do it. all I saw was a respiration of 20 and the rest was a mystery to me. He is on oxygen pretty much 24/7...has breathing attacks where he cannot talk or breathe...uses a nebulizer on and off....TRELEGY in the morning......and a inhaler 4 or 5 times a day.....sleeps with a apnia machine he puts his oxygen tube in at night and spends alot of time in bed. He will not let me goto the doctor with him or call the doctor any suggestions?

What a difficult situation when your husband will not cooperate with providing adequate care for him.  Do you have power of attorney for his care?  I think at some point, you have to take control. Realize that perhaps his health condition is also impacting his ability to reason and think things through. You are in a very difficult position.  Here is an article that is not new but still stands that discusses mental and cognitive difficulties with those who have copd. https://www.webmd.com/lung/copd/news/20090708/copd-may-contribute-to-mental-decline  With that said, it may be time for you to begin to take control of all health care decisions for him including when to seek help.  I would consider scheduling an appointment as soon as possible to go over changes in his symptoms and daily life issues dealing with his condition. There may be tweaks that would benefit him, medication changes, etc.
Normal respiration (how many breaths per minute he takes) is 8 to 16 for an adult.  He is not too far off but outside of normal.

Here is a full description of COPD and stages one diagnosed with this will go through.  https://www.webmd.com/lung/copd/features/copd-prognosis#1

Please let us know how your husband is doing and we wish the best to you both.
