What does this sound like??? Someone please help me!!!!!!!!

was exposed to chlamydia back in march of this year. My first symptoms were i caught the flu two days after unprotected sex with a woman.I went to the hospital they told me I had the flu gave me flu meds and discharged me. A few week later i started experinecing a genital burning and itch on my tip and on my shaft of my penis. I went hospital they tested me results came back postive for chlamydia I was given antibotics and shot and then later that day I started experiencing frequent bowel movement. Then i seem to developed anal burning and raw feeling in and around my anus. Its been 8 months since exposure and now i have still have anal burning and raw feeling. I took rapid hiv test at 90 days from march exposure date. I developed a canker sore during this time frame as well inside my bottom inner lip. I have never had a canker sore until after exposure. Can anyone help me please.

you can have hemorrhoids at any age. you aren't describing herpes. i think your anal pain is unrelated to the chlamidya but you could have a fissure or something. get retested and have them look at your butt

If i have a fissure what does that mean i might have?
It’s just a cut in your butt basically. Means you don’t have any infection. Just a cut
Ok thanks for the info. But what about the penile pain?
Not sure if you’re still having the penile pain. If you’ve searched on this site you’ll see there are millions of bacteria that can be transmitted sexually. Some of which cannot be treated and are super hard to even culture. It’s unfortunate news. It could be residual inflammation or it could be that you have another bacteria still present. You could ask for another round of antibiotics but who knows if it’ll be successful if it really is another bacteria still present
Yes. Im having penile pain and also anal burning its like the feeling when you eat alot of peanuts and you have a bowel movement. It feels  like my anus has a tear possible. But not on the outside its like 1/3 a pinky finger nail in my anus. I dont have any bumps lesions or blisters. But like i said i never experienced canker sore in my life until the last few months. Does my troubles seem to be a virus after listening to me?
No. Sounds like you have an anal fissure which usually just heals on its own. Canker sores (unless you aren’t using the right terminology) are not an STD in itself. It can be caused by stress. If you’re talking about cold sores(which are usually painful and burn/tingle) that’s oral herpes which isn’t a big deal either. Trust your doctors
Did your chalmydia test came negative
I tested positive and was treated.
I still am experiencing anal discomfort now. And penile discomfort.
After treatment did you tested again
Nope you think I should?
Why does everyone says it not hsv2 anal herpes. When it's a clearly chronic anal fissure. There are or never have been any bumps or anything. But it sounds like anal herpes and im scared. And i have had slight penile throb just as long the anal pain. It all started hours after i took z pack to treat chlamydia. And when I took my first bowel movement after it was in my system. I had diarrhea but after I finished I felt the anal burning it's Bern there every since it's been 8 months now.
You need to test again after treatment I am here after three years of suffering from Chlamydia with different antibiotics and different rounds...so test again weither it went away or not
Why it’s not anal herpes—you never had anal sex. Usually herpes isn’t internal. Herpes can cause pain but only when you’re having an outbreak. You shouldn’t be having an outbreak this long. There’s a distinct pain that comes with herpes that includes burning and tingling. Again, your anal pain is describing to a T an anal fissure. You had diarrhea after your medicine because antibiotics mess with your stomach. That’s normal. But all the pressure from pooping caused a fissure. Your penile pain means you should get retested for chlamidya and other STDs. I’m not sure why you haven’t been back to a doctor after 8months of issues. Stop speculating and go to a doctor and get tested

Thanks for responding. Im thinking i might have herpes. I committed oral and vaginal sex with this womam. Now i developed canker sore inside my lower lip.My penis has a slight aches most of days and my anus is irritated constantly. Before interaction with this girl I never had any health issues. And on top of that im only 29 years. Im too young to get hemmoroids lol.
And also i thought hemorrhoids go away after time. I have had constant burning and raw anal feeling for 8 months. And also penile pain.
