Finger bones hurting for no reason

I have got my vitamin D levels checked and they are normal

Hello~I hope the problem has cleared itself by now, but if not, maybe you should see your GP and discuss possible arthritis and also have you calcium/magnesium levels checked along with other minerals and trace minerals, sometimes when the body is deficient in these, it will experience bone pain.
