Testis Pain

I feel pain in my testicles more on left side when i jump with just my toe or when i go down stairs too fast. I never feel any pain before in that area also i am sitting too much as its my job so i have groin pain for last 6 months. Another weird thing i just noticed that after 2 or 3 days or 7 days when i erect my penis my lower abdomen hurts too much and it will back to normal after release. I feel a little heaviness in my testicles but both.

I am 26 and not on any meds

Do you think its a sign of any disease or is it serious .?

Any chance you have a hernia?  Kidney stones can cause this kind of pain as well. You also, believe it or not could have a hip injury or nerve issue in that area.  Can you get to a doctor to get checked out?

About a month ago, my groin pain was severe so i went to doc for checkup. I suggest my doc to check all types of hernia and everything issues related this area. He suspected vericocele and order color dop ultrasound. Nothing shows on ultrasound and my testis was fine but a very tiny epididymitis cyst. He just said wear a tight underwear and you will be fine. But recently i foud that when i jump or going downstairs too fast i feel pain and its like the veins or tubes of the testis stretching from my lower abdomen. I also feel pain in my lower abdomen.
