How do I figure out what my glasses prescription is

I called the store where I got my glasses and the lady on the phone was very short with me so the only information I could get was:

150-150 with 0.50 fill

And I have absolutely no idea how to decipher that

Hello~I hope that by now the issues has been resolved. Also, they are supposed to give you a copy of the script, if not, demand it.  Next time, if you are able, do not see this optician again, you do not need to deal with rude people.

Argh.  It has to be written somewhere.  Whether the woman was short with you or not, call back and be authoritative yourself.  They computerize everything.  Somewhere in the system, your prescription is there.  They may not want to give it to you because a lot of people get their eye prescription and then find cheaper glasses elsewhere or online.  But they can't withhold the info from you.

I probably will just have to either call back or go in and talk to someone else. Thank you!
