Do You mean you have received Blowjob with Saliva since you mentioned water???
Anyways, whether its water or Saliva, you were not at any HIV risk.
Saliva is not infectious at all and secondaly once exposed to ambient environment its out shell is immediately destroyed and lossing its capability to infect.
