Did my cat get attacked by an animal ?

My cat came home today after not seeing him for a couple days. He doesn't want to eat or drink, I think his jaw may be broken, his tounge is sticking out. He has dried blood or mud on his eyes, nose and jaw. I cleaned him up but his eye is slightly bleeding. He keeps making a weird noise as well. Any advise to make him feel better would be appreciated.

Whether he was attacked or hit by a car, or who knows; your first concern should be that your kitty has been badly hurt and is suffering, and needs to be seen by a vet ASAP.

Please come back and update us after.
