What is LMCA absent ?

I have gone through another CT angiography, Please suggest what is LMCA Absent, is it risky? Please comment-

Right coronary artery is dominant.LEFT CORONARY SYSTEM
Left main – Absent. LAD and LCX are directly arising from left coronary sinus.

LAD – Stent is seen in mid LAD. There is intimomedial thickening in proximal LAD with eccentric calcified plaque causing mild luminal narrowing. Rest of the LAD is normal in caliber and outline.

Diagonal arteries – D1, D2 and D3 show normal course, caliber and enhancement. No evidence of stenosis or flow limiting plaque is noted.

Circumflex – An eccentric calcific plaque is seen in proximal LCx with no obvious luminal narrowing seen.
OM is free of disease. RIGHT CORONARY SYSTEM-RCA –shows normal course, caliber and enhancement. No evidence of stenosis or flow limiting plaque is noted.PDA and PLV - show normal course, caliber and enhancement.Aorta: - The Ascending and descending segments of aorta under view are normal.
Pulmonary arteries (main trunk, left & right branches as well as proximal lobar branches) appear normal in caliber and outline. Summary: RIGHT SIDE DOMINANT
LMCA – Absent.LAD-Stent in mid LAD with intimomedial thickening in proximal LAD with eccentric calcified plaque causing mild luminal narrowing.LCx  –  An  eccentric  calcific  plaque  in  proximal  LCx  with  no  obvious  luminal narrowing.RCA – Normal.Calcium Score - 44

That's a rare congenital defect where the left main coronary artery is absent, I've not seen too many mentions of this. I took a look and don't really see much about the significance. Have you been scheduled for a follow up appointment with a cardiologist? Seems to me that's the kind of thing you'll need some advice from an expert.
