Which muscles did I over use while masturbating?

During standing masturbation I squeezed my glutes way too tightly which caused me to go into hip extension. The combination of squeezing my glutes way too tightly while simultaneously squeezing my Kegal muscles caused a horrendous muscle cramp within my right hip's deep lateral rotators (the deep 6.) At no point did I feel any pain or rotate my lower body, trunk or neck. For 3 weeks I have tried to release this tension deep within my right hip but I can't. I've tried myofascial release, trigger points, some stretches for the piriformis, obturator and the quadratus femoris. I've also tried glute rehab, somatic hip release, yoga and pilates. I frequently feel deep muscle spasms in my right hip and levator ani and now walk with a posterior pelvic tilt. I can no longer hold a deep squat at all comfortably and can only hold a light squat for a couple seconds. I feel a lot of irritation coming from my deep hip when doing the knee to chest stretch.

If you have a good exercise trainer who can give you some movements to "open the hips," as my friend's trainer describes it, ask for advice. The other possibility is a torn muscle or one that has pinched or even pinched off another one, and for that latter you should talk to a doctor. (You probably don't need to mention that it happened when you were doing the particular activity, you could just describe that it happened during exercise.)

See the following on compartment syndrome. My stepdad got that when running during a softball game and had to have surgery to put things to rights.

If you suspect from the description that this is what happened, your doctor should at the very least order an abdominal MRI to see the muscles and what is going on.
Thank you very much. I'm lucky that I am not in pain, just a lot of irritation and tension at the moment. The reason I mentioned the activity that caused this was because I wanted to emphasize my sacral bone's involvement.
I'm not technical enough to know if that is a significant clue, but certainly your doctor is. I only mentioned that you don't need to say what you were doing when it happened in case you would avoid going to see the doc altogether if you had to explain it. I think in your shoes (if I was a guy) I would assume a pulled or torn muscle, but would go see the doctor anyway.
