could i possibly still be pregnant after a negative urine test

i took test they were all negative except one but it was very very faint . i had 2 periods 7 days apart that was wierd . they did a urine test it was negative.checked my cervix it was closed and soft at the er and said i should follow up with a obgyn immediately for a ultrasound but i dont have insurance for the appointment.i went to my pcp to see if they could refer me and it be cheaper but she was like she thinks its acid reflux and hormonal imbalance and doesn’t think i should go so im confused because shes just some random doctor

The hCG pregnancy hormone doubles and redoubles every few days. If the faint positive was the most recent, another a week later would be a good idea. Make sure to read the test at the specified time limit, then throw it away.

There is a long list of possible early pregnancy signs. Fatigue, weird cramps, changes to appetite, emotions, breasts, nips, peeing, backache, headache, acne and more. You mention so few that I doubt you are pregnant. You don't say what kind of sexual exposure you had, or if it was in the fertile window.
