High myopia and glaucoma risk?

Hello I am 21 year old male. I have -8 myopia and I wonder what is the risk of me developing glaucoma? There is no one in my family who suffers from this disease, and I have no ocular trauma/injury/operation history. I became really worried because I've red that high myopia can greatly increase the risk of glaucoma.
