Does this sound like I could have herpes?

I recently discovered yesterday there was a reddish-looking bump on the lip of my vagina. I popped it and a little bit of pus and and blood came out. I've tested twice for genital herpes before and they came back negative. I also discovered and felt a small bump under my pubic hairs. This bump doesn't have a head and doesn't really hurt. I'm not sure if it was because I shaved recently in my pubic area. But I'm very concerned and paranoid. Could any of these be STD-related? Like herpes or anything? Because I've never had intercourse. I've only had oral sex but it's been a very long time since I've been sexually active. The last time I've been sexual was with my partner back in June of last year and it was only receiving oral sex. But my partner doesn't have oral herpes and never experienced an outbreak.

It doesn't sound like herpes, and you are really, really low risk for it - sounds more like an infected hair follicle. If you get one again, see your doctor and get it checked to make sure you don't have an infection (not herpes) and don't pop it yourself (never a good idea, since your hands have all kinds of bacteria on them).
