Is there a risk of pregnancy?

A friend of mine is 46 yrs old and asked if there a risk of pregnancy if she had sex with a condom but the guy seemed never ejaculate neither outside  her nor inside a condom. It seemed the guy never cummed. Also the fact that she is 46 yrs old.And her periods are a bit irregular in frequency. Like this month she had her period the month  in january she had her period but then before January ,for 3 months before she did not have her period and before those 3 month again missing period for 2 months but in those 3 months she never had sex.

So she had sex in December with no condom the guy did not ejaculate. No pregnancy  she had sex this week with condom but no cumm from the guy.and she is 46.

Hi -

Specialmom was answering your question medically. Medically speaking, a woman in her mid-40s is considered "older" in terms of pregnancy. Generally speaking, no one here thinks a woman in her 40s is "old", so please understand the difference.

The only way to know if someone is pregnant is to test, but as specialmom said, she used a condom and he didn't ejaculate, so she can't be pregnant.

I didn't call her 'old',  I said older.  It is older in terms of getting pregnant naturally.  That's just a fact.  Over the age of 35 is called advanced maternal age by doctors.  And I'm older as well, not being insulting. But that is older for natural pregnancy.  Younger women have greater risks for getting pregnant during unprotected sex than older women who have fewer eggs and are approaching the years in which we go into menopause.  But that risk isn't zero. However, she used an intact condom so that would prevent any risk.

I volunteer here and when I've answered the same thing many times for the same person, well.  I just hope that you can take this and the other answers you've received from me and others who have tried to be helpful and continue to apply it to all similar questions.  Good luck
I have a friend who got pregnant while she was  46 or 45
It has happened in history but not common and even less so that a woman can carry a healthy baby to term. Our eggs deplete as we age and the quality goes way down.  But again, as I said, it doesn't mean it is never going to happen (just as you were told before on your other threads) so a condom is wise practice.  Is it a huge risk?  No.  STD's are also a risk.  Condoms make sense. Your 'friend' used one so she should be good for either of those and that should answer your question.

Gosh, you have asked the same or similar questions over and over. She’s older. Not a fertile young thing. Pregnant at 46 is uncommon. However, just like I the at least TWO other times you asked this about yourself - there is a slight chance so condoms should be used. And she did. Do no, she didn’t get pregnant.
