What causes rapid heart rate, dizziness, shortness of breathe and shaking all over?

I have been fighting with thyroid problems since 2009, it goes up and they change my dosage, then it's too low and it's changed again. On the 12th of this month, my blood work showed TSH levels 26.030. My heart is racing real fast, heard to catch my breathe, dizzy, and shaking all over, short black outs. was on 137 mcg  of Levothyroxine and now I'm taking 175 mcg. My thyroid does work @ all. I'm tired all the time. Please help me, Tell me what's going on.

Is TSH the only thyroid related test your doctor is ordering?  Have you ever had Free T4 and Free T3 tests?  Those are the actual thyroid hormones, whereas TSH is a pituitary hormone and doesn't necessarily correlate with thyroid hormone levels once we're on replacement medication.  TSH is affected by many things other than thyroid hormone levels.

If you have results for Free T4 and/or Free T3, please post them, along with the corresponding reference ranges, so we can better help you determine what's happening.

Your symptoms are, typically, those of hyperthyroidism, but as you know the higher TSH indicates hypothyroidism.  This is why we need to know your actual thyroid hormone levels.

Do you know if you have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis or any other autoimmune thyroid condition?  Are there other conditions that you're being treated for?
