Im panicing. Mutual masturbation became handjob with ejaculation. Is it hiv risk?

Hello. I am a gay guy. I met someone at the bar whom I dont know nor ever met. After an hour of talking to each other. We ended up giving each other handjob. When he was done I had his *** on my hands, since I gave hime the handjob. After a minute I decided to "finish myself" since there was no success in him making me ejaculate. Without washing my hands, I only spit on it and finished myself. We also frenched kissed for quite a while.
Can I get hiv? My penis was itching immediatley afterwards  is it a sign of something?
What is the risk of getting hiv/std when someones *** is on my hand and i continue to masturbating myself with the same hand with adding only a spit?
Please help. I am panicing. I am so scared.

Don't panic because hand jobs aren't a risk for HIV.  The only ways adults get HIV is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  Air inactivates the virus so you will not get HIV from a hand job. Kissing is also not a risk for acquiring HIV.  Air and saliva both inactivate HIV virus so none of your activities was a risk and you do not need to worry.

Even if his semen was still on my hands when i masturbated myself?
This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk therefore  testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk. HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with.
The only way to get HIV is if you did one of the 3. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.
You repeated your questions that were answered.
I have developed a sore on the head of the penis. should I get tested?
You can post that question on the std forum, since this is just an hiv forum.
Actually you already did post there. See your doc if you have an infection that is making a sore, but it isn't an std.
