Resting heart rate for 5 year old

My five year old has Epilepsy and on medication (Keppra) - I attached a heart monitor watch for her for peace of mind and I have noticed her heart rate during sleep goes down to 51 bpm - I am worried this is too low.....what should it be ? Thanks.

So, normal resting heart rate for children of 5 starts at 75 and when we sleep, it goes even lower.  I think as much as 24 beats lower.  But personally, I'd check this out with her doctor to make sure all is well.
