I have just been diagonised with LVH

The results from my cardiac echo showed that the IVS was 1.4cm and the posterior wall was 1.3cm.Everthing else was normal. This was six months ago. Now am getting these symptoms: Heart palpitations,a flutter in my chest,rapid heartbeat Chest pain and pressure, Weakness or short of energy Dizziness Short of breath, peeing often,finding it hard to exercise,tiredness. Please advice

I guess the bigger question is what is causing the lvh. Usually it is high blood pressure, valve disease, or  if you lift weights that can cause it to. If you find the cause and fix it the lvh should reverse

Is the only test an echo?

They also performed an ECG. That looked normal.
You prob need a cmr ( cardiac MRI) to get exact readings
