Synovial cysts in the lower spine

Has anyone ever had synovial cysts in the lower spine removed or cause your "sciatica" problems??

Synovial cysts are very tiny cysts, typically found near the foramina, where the nerve roots exit at each level of the spine. They usually are not thought to cause problems.
