What are your opinions on my MRI/Ultrasound results?

The following are all reported on my report. I have biopsies scheduled.

Right breast:
0.9 x 0.3 x 0.9 cm thinly septated elongated cyst in the right breast 8:00 position 9 cm from the
nipple.
0.7 x 0.3 x 0.5 cm mildly complicated cyst 9:00 position 3 cm from the nipple.
0.6 x 0.3 x 0.8 cm complicated cyst 10 o'clock position 9 cm from the nipple.
0.8 x 0.4 x 0.7 cm irregular shaped hypoechoic solid appearing mass in the right breast 10o'clock
position 5 cm from the nipple. No internal vascularity.
There are dilated retroareolar ducts
Left breast:
Subcentimeter cyst left breast 12:00 position 6 cm from the nipple.
0.8 cm simple cyst 1:00 position 8 cm from the nipple.
0.5 x 0.2 x 0.7 cm oval well-circumscribed hypoechoic finding in the left breast 4:00 position 2 cm
from the nipple. Questionable fatty hilum. This may represent a debris-filled cyst or lymph node.
Clear dilated retroareolar ducts noted.
No left axillary lymphadenopathy.
Tissue Density:
Left: The breast is heterogeneously dense, which may obscure small masses.

Findings:
Analyzed By CAD.
Tomosynthesis and 2D left digital imaging was performed. There is a cluster of amorphous
calcifications in the left upper outer breast 6.7 cm from the nipple not present on previous
mammogram. The asymmetries within the left outer breast and left inferior breast partially dispersed
with compression.

Hello and welcome to MedHelp forums.  Thank you for your question. I'm sure these results are making you nervous.  When is your follow up appointment to go over these results and to decide on the next step?  These results are indicative of some suspicious findings that I'm sure will need to be investigated further.

Here is information on breast cysts of which it appears you have in both breasts. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/breast-cysts/symptoms-causes/syc-20370284.  Hormonal changes and other things can result in these cysts.

The irregularly shaped mass would warrant follow up investigation.  That irregular shape is concerning but masses can be benign or cancerous.  Here is information about these irregular shaped masses often being benign.  https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4644748/.  But because they can also indicate cancer, please do follow up with whatever they recommend such as biopsy.

Calcifications also are classified with some being more suspicious than others.  They are often benign and harmless but certain patterns such as tight clusters of irregularly shaped calcifications are more concerning and often require biopsy. https://www.mayoclinic.org/symptoms/breast-calcifications/basics/definition/sym-20050834

Having dense breasts makes it more difficult to see clearly on imaging.

Please follow up with your doctor as soon as possible and update us with that discussion.  We wish you the very best.
