Mild to moderate left breast pain above the nipple since 10 days.
I have breast pain in one particular spot since a week. Its not too painful but it does create discomfort. Its not constant but its kind of radiating from the spot to outwards. No lumps no discharge. Almost my period date and not pregnant. This pain has been there for more than 10 days.

I'm wondering if that is not hormonal and part of pms?

I am thinking the same so waiting for it wouldn’t hurt cause it’s uncomfortable but bearable pain at present.
sorry about that pain. I get it sometimes too and I've started to get it AFTER my cycle. It's right after so I know it has to be associated and then it goes away again. Hormones stink!!
