Am I overreacting?

Hey guys

Thanks for helping me judge this situation!
So, normally my cycle goes 28 days and is on time. My period should have started like 2 days ago, but nothing yet. Last period ended on the 29.03.
Instead there's white, creamy discharge.

I did not have unprotected sex, I use a birth control patch and can't think of any mistake I could have made using it.
The pregnancy test this morning was negative, but it might just be too soon to tell?

Took a Plan B around 2 months ago, so I don't think it could be the reason for this delay anymore, right ?

Thanks for any feedback!

Plan B can mess us up for 2 to 3 months so it could still be that.  I'd wait a week longer and then test again but since you used birth control (patch) ---  I'm guessing you aren't pregnant. Birth control can fail though but as you said, you haven't made any mistakes using it.  The Plan B is a big dose of hormones that our body has to process and it takes time. Being irregular after for a pretty long while is not uncommon. So, wait a week and then retest!  Let us know!
