Thank you hebcurepls. By the way, I know you are Asian, has your doctor restricted you from eating rice or anything else that may contain Aflatoxins?

My food restrictions are raw oysters, raw seafood and alcohol but I am guilty of drinking a beer and red wine twice a month and still eat sashimi fish maybe 2/3 times a year. I eat a lot of nuts and cheese , especially pistachios , almonds and pasteurized cheese. When I travel to Europe and can eat unpasteurized , I Cant help it , just love it ! So yes I am kind of guilty to eating some aflatoxins, but my doctor does not seem to mind.
