Who is the father ?

I'm going through a tough stressful time in my pregnancy and want to get your opinion on this matter. 

So here is my dilemma... 

My periods come every 19-21 days I remember my period in November being November 5-9or 10th I had sex with someone on November 9th one night stand dont remember much of it, it was a crazy party drunk night first and last time it happened. I think but I'm not 100% sure I had my period in September but if I did I have it I would have had it on December 2-7th I got together with someone and started having sex with them on December 8 throughout december (8th,10th,17th) I missed my period on december 26th 27th and went to the hospital for pain on janurary 1st in which they said my hcg level was 402 and did an intravaginal ultrasound dating me at 4weeks 6 days pregnant which my period would be 4 weeks 2 days my due date was dated at September 8th and in the notes they stated the yolk sac and embrotic pole were not yet visible. I also had another ultrasound done on February 5th dating the ba by y at 10 weeks 0 days which I was calculating 9 weeks. I had my measurements done on April 9th and they dated my baby at 18weeks 5 days and changed my due date to September 5th is there any way they are wrong and I conceived in November and November guy is the father or is December guy the father ?

December guy is the father. The ultrasounds are conclusive. You have short menstrual cycles compared to average, so don't worry if they tell you a number of "weeks pregnant" and it comes up a few days earlier than your last period, this would be to be expected. The number to pay attention to is the estimated due date. Your ultrasounds indicate conception in mid-December. None point to conception in early or mid November. If you had gotten pregnant that early, there  is no way the ultrasound on January 1 would have failed to see an embryo wiggling and twirling around like a teddy bear, when it instead saw nothing. Even if you feel guilty about the event in November, that does not add up to the baby being from that regrettable incident.

You have nothing to worry about in regard to who the baby's dad is, probably you are stressed because you got drunk and had sex with someone you otherwise would not have. But just because you did this doesn't mean the consequence you keep obsessing over. Your medical info does not point to that in any way.

So my water broke today at 37 weeks does that change anything? Daye of conception?

You had an ultrasound on January 1 that didn't see an embryo.

Baby boy was born at 37 weeks 5lbs and 17 inches
