Cuts/Scar Not Going Away, What Is This Under my Armpits?

Hello, I will try to be as detailed as possible. I am a 23-year old male at 200lb and about 5 foot 7 inches. I do not take any medicine, have any allergies, or on any medication. I have these cuts, scars, whatever that do not seem to heal away after quite a long time under my armpits. It does not give me any pain but it is unattractive to have or look at. I want to know how I can get rid of it. Here are some photos (not really gory, just some cuts, no blood)

Do you think it is chafing?  The problem with underarms is that we sweat and that constant moisture makes it hard for things to heal.

Would going to the doctor be something you would do?  Wounds, cuts and scrapes are always best to have someone look at it.  Any chance that it is a rash that looks like little scrapes?

I did have some success with chafing in that area by adding some Vaseline or Auaphor to the area.

But I'd go see a doctor to get the right idea of what is going on. On both sides?
