I had sex for the first time 12 days ago. We used a condom and he pulled out before anything happened. My period was supposed to come 5-7 days ago and it didn't and now I'm freaking out. I took a pregnancy test two days ago and this morning and both were negative but I'm worried that I took them before there was enough hormones in my blood. My periods are always super regular so I'm really scared by how late it is right now. Could I be pregnant?

It's possible you're pregnant and ovulated late. If you take another pregnancy test in 4 days and are still negative, it may be stress or another factor delaying your pregnancy.
