Pain when touching right side of toenail

Hello,

For the past week or so my toenail has been leaking some watery substance, no real color to it just kinda whitish and another thing which is more solid and orange (it might be the watery substance when it's dry)

It started somewhere yesterday, when I touched the right side of the toenail (horizontaly) I felt a lot of pain, it went away when I took a shower but it came back.

I'm pretty sure it is not an ingrow toenail 'cause it really is just pain and the watery substance, no redness, swallowing, or blood in the watery substance.

I have no idea what I should do and if this will heal by itself

Please help with this issue,

Kind regards,

Pedro
