DID I contract syphilis?

Last December , when i was drunk i (male,28) was kissed by a male friend and hugged tightly getting clothes undressed ,no anal sex or so . After two weeks , there are three rashed/sores on my belly and then after two weeks there are some sores on my outside of thigh .The belly sores vanished in about 3 months , but there is now  a sore on thigh still existing . Little round ones , when rip out the scars it looks like pink and might have some moist . And there are some slight  marks when it is healed .No such symptoms around my penis or anal . is it symptoms of syphilis? I am kinda in anxiety ,would be very appreciated of ur answer with expertise .

Oh please, please see a doctor about this, and stop ripping the scabs out.

If you just hugged someone, even while naked, you won't get syphilis, but whatever this is, you need a doctor's attention now. It's not an STD - no STD presents this way - but you do need a doctor to look at this. Make them culture it to determine what it is.

Best of luck, and let us know what it is.

So you h ad kissing and hugging?  That is all.  And some of the time through clothes or all of the time? There is a small risk of syphilis through kissing but only if you see an open sore. Did you?  Syphilis isn't spread through casual contact like hugging.  https://www.plannedparenthood.org/learn/stds-hiv-safer-sex/syphilis.  I would not be worried that you contracted syphilis from what you describe.  See a doctor for an ongoing rash though.
