Hair from center of single wart like growth on penis shaft

i have a wart like raised, circular, pinkish, shiny growth, size of a very small button on penis shaft an inch away from lower belly. But it has a hair in the center. Can it be HPV or moluscum contagiousum. Also near the head but on the shaft is a pin head size, raised yellow spot like Fordyce spot. Main concern is the wart like thingy with the hair in center. Is it HPV, Moluscum Conagiosum ?

Honestly, it could be any of these. The only way to know is to see a doctor and get it checked. If they are unsure, have them biopsy it.

I wish I could be more specific, but bumps and growths are impossible to determine over the internet most of the time. You really need to see a doctor.

Thanks for the response. Can a HPV or a moluscum have a hair growing from center? My peripheral research on Google seems to say no. Problem is I can’t get a derm appt. before a month. :-( and this is killing me with anxiety.  Another thing, there’s no pain, itch.. nothing.
Usually no, but you don't need a derm. Go to an STD clinic. They have seen ALL the bumps. If they think it's something complex, you can then see your derm, but start at the clinic. Most areas have walk in clinics, or at least you'll be able to get an appt way sooner than a month.

Let us know. :)
Ahh, what a relief! I got my full panel STD tests done. All negative except HSV 1. No chlamydia, no herpes 2, no hiv 1/2, no gonorrhea, no syphillis - nothing. I haven’t been with any other sexual partner (only massage with happy ending before 6 months) and neither has my wife. Only thing I could think of is I use my own saliva to lubricate her vagina for sex. So could it be my own HSV1 thru saliva?
Been to 3 doctors - 2 said it is sebaceous benign growth or ingrown hair causing cyst, 1 said it is moluscum contagious and would need cryotherapy if i want or it will go away on its own depending on my immune system.
But all in all nothing too earth shattering at all. :-)
It's not HSV1 via your own saliva - you have antibodies that protect you from infecting yourself in another location.

Is it spreading? Molluscum usually spreads. You can always ask them to biopsy it if you want to know for sure before doing any kind of cryotherapy or anything.

Good news, though! Congrats :)
Not spreading. In fact getting smaller. Am using tea tree oil 2x a day.
Then it's probably the sebaceous benign growth or ingrown hair. :)

I'm glad it's getting better!

Thanks for helping people. Keep it up. :-)
