Hello and welcome to the forum. Sorry for a delay in response. I really encourage you to see your doctor and discuss this. While this could be an issue after your seizures surfacing or more likely, getting more pronounced, you would want to confirm with a doctor. A seizure can indeed damage your brain. The more severe, the more damaging. Would three seizures cause damage? I'm not sure but worth discussing with your doctor. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1059131106000380
http://www.ajnr.org/content/21/10/1782 this article concludes that seizures are bad for your brain's health. However, again, each patient and situation is different in terms of how much damage could be done.
Perhaps an appointment with a neurologist to discuss this would be very beneficial for you and that is my recommendation. Are things any better? By the way, lifestyle things can also cause these affects such as being sleep deprived. So, you will want to look at all things like that as well. Let us know how you are doing.
