Visable blood vessels on cheeks and facial flushing?

Been experiencing easy facial flushing with redness on cheeks. Slight visable blood vessels. Thinking rosacea but could be wrong? Tried azelaic acid but doesnt seem to be working.

Have you seen a doctor?

It could be rosacea, but it could also be from a number of other causes - https://www.healthline.com/health/broken-blood-vessels-on-face

There is also a facial rash caused by lupus - https://www.healthline.com/health/lupus-pictures#pictures

I think it's time to let your doctor see it and determine what it is. Let us know!
