Magnesium stearate

It’s questionable to take any magnesium product when you have A-Fib as I’m told. It this true and is it ok to take a product with magnesium stearate?

I'm not a doctor, and PLEASE check with your doctor before taking anything, but what I'm finding is that it's okay, and may help. Definitely check with your doctor first to make sure it's safe for YOU to take, given your health and your health history.

But please, talk to your doctor first.
