I am 44 yrs old and have for AS. Thoughts on this months C-spine MRI

C2-C3: There is slight asymmetric facet arthropathy with mild left-sided neural foraminal narrowing. There is no evidence for central canal stenosis. Right neural foramen is widely patent C3-C4: There is mild facet arthropathy and diffuse disc bulge. There is mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing, left greater than right. There is no central canal stenosis.
C4-C5: There is posterior disc osteophyte complex. No definite central canal stenosis or neural foraminal narrowing is identified.
C5-C6: There is posterior disc osteophyte complex. There is mild left neural foraminal narrowing. There is no central canal stenosis. The right neural foramen appears unremarkable. C6-C7: Posterior disc osteophyte complex is demonstrated. There is mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing without evidence of central canal stenosis.

Unfortunately this is a little over my head.  When do you go back for your doctor's interpretation of these findings? What stands out to me though quite clearly is that the issues you have are all mild in nature (which is good).  You are NOT at this time showing canal stenosis which is also very good.  https://www.webmd.com/back-pain/guide/spinal-stenosis#1  That is narrowing of the spinal canal.  It does seem to say you have osteophyte complex.  I believe that is like a bone spur or tiny pointed outgrowth of bone.  And you can actually work on that on your own. It's pretty common.

Overall, I wouldn't say these results are bad.  What did your doctor say?  And what were your symptoms that made you get the imaging done?  Do you take NSaids?

Thanks, I have neck pain, stiffness and radiating pain to my arms, R- especially. HA’s and muscle dystopia in my neck. Celebrex and aspirin. Not together.
