I want to know what is this

From the time I was 13 to now that I am 31 I would have these spells whenever I move too fast or breathe too heavily my heart would start to race rapidly and then my chest would feel as if it's being sucked in a bit. Could this be angina?

Sure. It could also be a progressive familial disorder of the heart which you should probably get checked out.

The age you started having these symptoms is unnerving. Go to the doctor.

Thank you. I will find a cardiologist and book an appointment. My sister was diagnosed with heart disease a few years back and most times I wonder if I suffer with it.
Also, when I was that age I just dismissed it as me not excersing or not eating a balanced diet.
