Need more information about Micro vascular angina?

I just registered here because I have Micro vascular angina and would like more information about it.  My pains are not
under control because the Isorsorbide causes my blood pressure to get too low so I stopped taking it.  I take Renexa but it doesn't seem to help.  The pain varies from day to day and is almost unbearable after a large meal.  I'd like to hear how others are coping with this disease and everything I can learn about it.
