Fourth generation HIV Combo test is reliable and conclusive any time after 28 days of the exposure. You do not have HIV. A single, isolated act of unprotected vaginal sex with someone of unknown health status is a very significant risk and it is enough to rule it out by the test done after 4 weeks (28 days)

Thank you doctor for your reply., So now I ignore any symptoms right? It’s not related to hiv?! Thank you
There is no doctor here on this forum... We are all community members.... Yes your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV. Move on with your life normally
Thank you
A Correction....

.... of unknown health status is a very significant risk ......This is not correct, Instead it should be read as, ".... of unknown health status is NOT a very significant risk"..... my apologies for this inadvertent typo...

Vaginal intercourse with someone I know with no condom but I got doubted ! I did hiv combo twice June 12 and June 30 both negative? Some researchers said accurate after 28 days and some 42 ? Very confusing
