nervous, nervous, nervous !

Please I need your help
I went to take vaccine yesterday. The nurse brought the vaccine and 2 alcohol swabs (i hope you get what i mean by alcohol swab: the small square shape tiny envelope containing alcohol swapped pad; used to clean the area before giving injection to see its picture  -- you can google it t)  and left for few seconds to check my details before administering the vaccine. As I was sitting and was bored, I took one of the alcohol swabs to have a look on what's written and I noticed that the outer envelope (while it was not open)  has multiple drops of dried blood on its outer surface  , just on the place where I holded it with my finger ---- I panicked and immediately threw it and went to was my hand with water and soap (which I did many times) ... I did not have any cuts or wounds on my hand .......
I went back and sat on my place and waited for the nurse to come and give me the injection. She came and opened the remaining alcohol swap  and cleaned my arm with it and then gave me the vaccine .... I went home and then started to get concerned that I should have checked the other alcohol swap envelope; maybe it was dirty with blood too (which unfortunately did not cross my mind to do so at that time)

I am extremely worried and am afraid that the other alcohol swap envelope was also dirty with blood drops ? In case it was, is there a possibility that the blood gets into the alcohol swab itself from outside and become mixed with it (Even microscopically) and then the nurse use the same alcohol swap to clean my arm and give me the vaccine ???? and that that blood gets into my blood through the vaccination injection site ?? as I had minimal bleeding after vaccination from the site
is there a risk of getting hepatitis C, Hepatitis B or HIV through this ??
Shall I visit Dr?

Please answer me i am so much worried and has been living in panic and stress since then
Please do not ignore my post and answer me :(

You do not know if this was blood

Extremely doubtful you were at any risk from what you have described.
