Is there something not right here

I have 2 black dots on the roof of my mouth. Not spots or patches, just two black dots. Both are small and right next to each other, I have looked it up but found nothing other than broken blood vessels, cancer patches or spots, pimples, but this doesn’t appear to be any of that. And if 2 black dots in the mouth were common I would have found a pic of someone else with the same thing. They are flat dots very close to each other and equal in size. The roof of my mouth goes from orange , a tiny bit red, to completely white in the front by my two front teeth. I appear to also have a throat infection, bad post nasal drip, and a tonsil that looks like a giant sguiggly worm whilst the other looks smaller and normal. My tongue is often a light tint of purple, and my hard palate is squiggly just like my tonsil. I also drool excessively in my sleep and one day I was half asleep and remember wiping the drool of of my mouth, the next day I woke up with unexplained blood on my fingers. No cuts no sores no bleeding acne, no signs of blood from the nose or mouth. My feet are always really red, and when they aren't , they are white with patchy red. They are also extremely sweaty often and I frequently feel vibration or movement in them.  What to do u think is up? Asking bcuz a dr. is not currently an option for me.

edit; I also feel a small bump under my left and right cheek. It doesn’t show on the outside of my face but i feel it under with my my tongue. Also under my eyes are always bumpy(like, they look swollen) and so is below my lips on my chin. I have a big mole on my arm that was checked years ago and was confirmed non-cancerous. However I have noticed that it has gotten a tiny bit bigger and on the tiny part that has grown, there are long hairs growing out(which I know means most of the time is not cancerous),but I recently discovered a new mole on my leg that is kind of reddish on the outside and brownish black on the inside. All of the moles on me are growing large hairs out them.  Another thing, my back is really itchy and has been for like 2 weeks now.

Hello and welcome to the forum.  Thanks for your question.  Are these spots new?  It's always best to get things like this checked out by your doctor.  Are you a smoker by chance?  That is one reason why black spots can form on roof of the mouth. It is very unlikely to be a hidden mucosal melanoma but that is an obvious worry to have investigated.  https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/melanoma/symptoms-causes/syc-20374884

Other things to look into is a vitamin deficiency such as lack of Vitamin B or dehydration.

So, please see your doctor to get to the bottom of this and let us know the outcome.
