Ebv question

I just found out I have ebv. Do I need to tell my partner? Is it highly contagious and should I tell my partner to get tested?  Is there a treatment for this virus?

My test results are:
Ebv nuc IgG, Ser - positive
Ebv VCAIgG - positive
Ebv capsid IgM - negative

Can you clarify what this means?
Is this cause for concern?
