Hypoglycemia or Something else?

So, lately I have been experiencing symptoms what seems to be hypoglycemia. I have recently been diagnosed with IBS, and now I am trying to figure out the other symptoms. like lightheadedness after meals, not being able to stand still, heart palpations and being heat intolerant, dizziness and chest tightness and being tired plus headaches and a lack of appetite and nausea a lot with some tunnel vision or glared vision(things seem too bright). My doctor recommend that I monitor my blood glucose whenever I experience these symptoms.

I was wondering if a blood glucose level of 89 mg/dl would be considered Hypoglycemic for me since I am experiencing all the symptoms when its at that level??

In the case of hypoglycemia, chewing on two candy can improve dizziness, but this is only the case of the disease, we do not need to eat sugar every day, excessive intake of sugar is not good for health, usually we must pay attention to supplement various nutrients.  Eat more vegetables and fruits and eat less processed and packaged foods. In this way, the problem of low blood sugar can be solved at the source, otherwise the symptoms of discomfort will recur.

Did your doc give you a glucose tolerance test?  Any history of migraine headaches?  It's a lot of symptoms and could be so many things, and there are no doctors on this forum, but sometimes doctors aren't the best at determining blood sugar imbalances unless they are quite large and noticeable.  Lesser imbalances can have a profound effect on some people.  But again, those symptoms could be caused by a lot of things, including medication. anxiety, digestive problems, nutrient deficiencies, thyroid problems, cardiac problems, to name a few and I'm not an expert.  If you don't think your checkup was thorough enough, try a different doctor.
