Hi and welcome to the Chiari forum.
It is more important to find a NS then a NL as they tend to work hand in hand....and there are so many Neurologists and Neurosurgeons that do not understand how Chiari can and does affect us OR the comorbid conditions that tag along with Chiari and they are just as important to address..
Do you have a Chiari specialist that is a NS? If so, use their NL.
We do have a list of NS's for different states, what states can you travel to and will your medical INS cover?
NS= Neurosurgeon
NL= Neurologist.
