Hello and welcome to MedHelp. I'm happy to try to answer your question but am not sure what you mean. Oatmeal is pretty straight forward. Are you asking if you can add it to other foods or use it in recipes? There are a variety of healthy grains such as buck wheat or wheat berry that have the same benefit as oatmeal but oatmeal is probably the easiest to make and consume. You might mill dry oats in your blender then make a smoothie. This method adds bulk to your smoothie drink and makes it thicker as well. If you choose to do this, start with 1/4 cup of dry whole oats.
