Hello and welcome to the forum.  Have you met with your doctor to go over these results?  They should explain them thoroughly.  Do you need help with some of the language of the report? Some of what you have going on such as osteophyte complex is a spinal abnormality that can be expected with aging.  You don't mention your age or if there have been any injuries to date or what symptoms you had to lead to the MRI.  Mild facet hypertrophy is an issue with the joints of the spine and normally a steroid shot can help. Spinal stenosis is often treated with medication, physical therapy and steroid injections for relief. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/spinal-stenosis/symptoms-causes/syc-20352961 and the same for degenerative disc disease https://www.webmd.com/back-pain/degenerative-disk-disease-overview#1.  Please let us know what your follow up with your doctor resulted in!
