High BP! Do you recommend me for Med?

I'm age'd between 28~31, I recently got to know that I have high BP.  Few months back, i started panicking about HiV and still now as am in window period.

Along checking various ailments, I got to know this and I'm assume might be Hiv is the reason for high BP.

Let's back to BP, when I discovered it was 160/100 and now it's average between 145/90 ~ 135/85. After doing some blood test, my doctor put me on BP and cholesterol medicine.

1. Is it necessary to take no tablet for my age?
2. If am taking it now itself, any future organ demage ?

Hypertension guidelines are constantly evolving. The 2017 ACC/AHA guidelines recommended a more aggressive goal of below 130/80 for all. For more info: http://www.onlinejacc.org/guidelines/highbloodpressure.

If you could please limit your question to hypertension and high blood pressure, thank you.   It sounds like you are working with your doctor regarding your high blood pressure readings.  If your physician has recommended medication for BP as well as to lower your cholesterol, you should follow their guidance.  This article may  help you with home monitoring of your blood pressure. https://www.health.harvard.edu/heart-health/how-to-monitor-and-lower-your-blood-pressure-at-home  You may also, with guidance from your doctor, want to consider dietary changes, stop smoking if you do, and beginning an exercise program.
