Eating dry uncooked pasta bad?

I’m a 21 year old autistic and I like to eat dry uncooked pasta. It’s the Bonanza (plant based) brand and brands made with corn and rice because I am gluten-free. I was wondering if it is bad for my health or if it’s damaging in anyway. It’s only thing I will eat at the moment.

Hello and welcome to medhelp.  Sorry for the delay in response to your question.  This wouldn't be bad for you but also would not be very nutritious.  One must keep that in mind when eating. Food is fuel and we need proper nutrition to function well.  Do you think this is a texture issue?  You could find other things of similar texture that is more nutritious for you.  How is your diet over all?
